The balloon arch is rented for a 4-hour period. At the end of this time, we will return to pick it up.
If you would like to extend the rental period, additional hours may be added for an extra fee.

The balloon decorations included with your rental may be enjoyed, moved, or used however you wish. However, the arch structure itself must remain fully intact and in its original position at all times. The frame is a reusable rental item and may not be disassembled, removed, or altered by the client for any reason.

The arch structure itself must remain fully intact and in its original position at all times. The frame is a reusable rental item and may not be disassembled, removed, or altered by the client for any reason.
Any damage or unauthorized adjustments to the arch structure will result in additional fees.

Clients are responsible for any damage to the balloon arch structure, including bending, breaking, or disassembly. Repair or replacement fees will apply.

Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions. Extreme heat, direct sunlight, strong wind, or rain may affect balloon durability. ASAP Balloon Arch is not responsible for popping, oxidation, or early balloon deterioration caused by weather.
Las instalaciones exteriores están sujetas a las condiciones climáticas. El calor extremo, la luz solar directa, el viento fuerte o la lluvia pueden afectar la durabilidad de los globos.

The client must ensure adequate space, clear access, and permission from the venue for installation. If the location is not ready or accessible at the scheduled time, delays or additional fees may apply.

Clients and guests must not climb, pull, hang, or lean on the balloon arch or frame. This ensures safety and prevents equipment damage.

Cancellations made within three (3) days of the event may forfeit the deposit. Refunds are not issued for cancellations made on the day of the event.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the installation.

Same-day or short-notice bookings (within 24 hours) are subject to a rush fee of $125.
